What is Superteam Türkiye?
Superteam Türkiye is Superteam's local chapter in Türkiye. We are a network of builders, founders, and creatives helping promising projects in the Solana ecosystem launch and grow. We connect local talent with global opportunities, including bounties, grants, jobs, and investors.
Are you an incubator or a VC? Do you take equity?
Neither. We are a talent cooperative. Our mission is to help build a venture-scale Solana ecosystem in Türkiye. We fund promising ideas, connect you with global VCs, and support your launch. We do all of this without taking equity. We are looking for talented people who want to build on Solana.
Who can become a member?
Anyone with proof of work. Membership is earned, not bought. Most members start by winning a bounty on Superteam Earn, contributing to an ecosystem project, or shipping something on Solana. If you are building, you are already on the path.
How do I start earning?
Head to Superteam Earn and pick a bounty that matches your skills across development, design, writing, or marketing. Every completed bounty builds your public track record.
Do I need prior Solana experience?
No. Many bounties are designed for writers, designers, marketers, and operators, not only developers. If you want to build on Solana, Solana University and our community workshops can help you go from beginner to shipping your first project, free of charge.
We are an institution exploring Solana. Can you help?
Yes. We help institutions in Türkiye explore and enter the Solana ecosystem. Our support ranges from introductory briefings and workshops to defining a first pilot and facilitating warm introductions across the ecosystem. Reach us at tr.superteam.fun.
