Using the Site

These Terms set the rules for using tr.superteam.fun and any related websites, forms, applications, communication channels, events, programs or services run by or for Superteam Türkiye. We refer to all of these together as the "Site".

By accessing the Site or taking part in a Superteam Türkiye activity, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or participate in our programs, events or services.

The Terms apply to everyone who interacts with the Site, including visitors, applicants, members, contributors, volunteers and event attendees, whether or not they have an account.

A grant, bounty, event, competition, hackathon, educational program or other initiative may come with its own rules. Those additional terms sit alongside these Terms and take priority if there is a conflict.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information collected through the Site and our programs. By using the Site, you acknowledge that Policy.

Membership and participation

Membership in Superteam Türkiye is intentionally limited and offered by invitation. You may express interest through the Site, but there is no single route into the community. Membership is earned through meaningful contribution rather than granted automatically.

People contribute in many different ways. Some build products or develop technology. Others create content, bring communities together, back new teams, introduce blockchain into real-world organisations or help improve the wider ecosystem.

The roles may differ, but contribution is the common thread. It can mean supporting founders, investing in projects, shaping policy, creating opportunities, growing the community or doing the work that helps others move forward.

What you have done matters more to us than the title on your profile. We may invite people who show real contribution, share our values and want to help the ecosystem grow. Showing interest or joining an activity does not guarantee membership.

Members should act with integrity, respect other people and follow these Terms together with any community, event or program guidelines we publish. We may pause or end membership when reasonably necessary to address misconduct, protect the community, preserve the integrity of a program, comply with the law or protect Superteam Türkiye.

Membership belongs to the individual and cannot be transferred. Taking part in the community, attending an event, receiving a grant or bounty, or working with an ecosystem partner does not by itself create an employment, contractor, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship with Superteam Türkiye.

Our place in the Superteam network

Superteam Türkiye is the Türkiye chapter of the global Superteam network. We work with the wider Superteam community, the Solana ecosystem and ecosystem partners to support founders, builders, creators, operators, institutions and other contributors across Türkiye.

From time to time, this may involve collaboration with the Solana Foundation, regional Superteam communities, sponsors, event organisers, service providers and other ecosystem partners.

These organisations remain independent unless we clearly say otherwise. These Terms do not create an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship between Superteam Türkiye and another Superteam community, the Solana Foundation or an ecosystem partner.

When we mention a third-party event, grant, opportunity, program or service, we are sharing it for convenience. That mention is not a promise, endorsement or guarantee from Superteam Türkiye.

Our content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Site and its text, graphics, logos, designs, branding, software and other materials belong to Superteam Türkiye or are used under licence and are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules.

You are welcome to use the Site for personal or internal business purposes. Copying, modifying, publishing, distributing or commercially exploiting Site content requires our prior written permission unless the law allows it.

These Terms do not transfer intellectual-property ownership between you and Superteam Türkiye. Work you create remains yours unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Content you provide

You continue to own the applications, profiles, feedback, comments, project details and other content you submit to Superteam Türkiye ("User Content").

You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish and display User Content to the extent reasonably needed to run, administer and promote the Site, community, programs and events.

Please make sure you own the content you submit or otherwise have permission to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

We may remove User Content when we reasonably believe it breaks these Terms, applicable law or community or program guidelines.

Using the Site responsibly

Use the Site and participate in our programs lawfully, responsibly and with respect for other people in the community.

Do not use the Site or our programs for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, defamatory or misleading conduct. You must not infringe another person's rights, interfere with the Site's operation or security, or distribute malicious code or harmful material.

If we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken, or action is needed to protect the Site, community or a program, we may remove content or suspend or restrict access.

Other platforms and services

The Site may link to or work with third-party websites, platforms, applications and services. We provide those connections for convenience.

Superteam Türkiye does not own or control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.

We do not guarantee or endorse a third-party organisation, product or service unless we clearly say that we do.

Important disclaimers

The Site and Superteam Türkiye programs, events, services and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We try to keep things accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that everything will always be complete, reliable or available.

Anything shared through the Site or by Superteam Türkiye is general information, not financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice. Get independent advice before relying on it to make a decision.

Taking part in the community or in a program, event, grant or bounty does not promise membership, funding, investment, employment, commercial success or any other particular result.

To the extent the law allows, we exclude warranties that are not expressly stated, except for warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Limits on our responsibility

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Superteam Türkiye is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss connected with use of the Site or participation in our programs, events or services.

If a liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited as far as the applicable rules allow.

You remain responsible for your own choices and actions in the community, including dealings with third parties, investments, commercial arrangements and the use of blockchain networks or digital assets.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms when the Site, our programs, our obligations or the way Superteam Türkiye works changes.

The latest version will be posted on the Site and will apply from its publication date. If you keep using the Site or participating in programs after that point, you agree to the revised Terms.
