Chingari, powered by GARI is India’s fastest-growing short-video app launched in 2018. Since then, the home-grown app has emerged as the one-stop destination for entertaining, engaging videos across diverse categories such as dancing, singing, transformation, innovative skills, etc. Chingari’s eclectic platform entertains 130M+ users across India, and witnesses videos in 15+ languages.
$GARI Social Token, was launched by Chingari- India’s fastest growing short-video app in 2021. With a combined community of 130M+ and growing, $GARI was introduced as a social token for the Chingari creators to create engaging content and for users to engage with the content. These tokens are not only tradeable for their local currency but also provide governance authority over Chingar’s future developments.
To incentivize creators and users that are more active than others, GARI is creating a program that allows users to mint badges based on their activity on the platform. These badges in-turn lead to rewards in the form of GARI tokens.
🏗️Scope of Work
Deploy a Decentralized Ad-stack - Web 3 Quest on Solana that meet the following requirements:
Roles: Creator and User
Creator
- Quest creator, Company/ Protocol/ Individual
- Creator will also set duration of the quest (Active From - To duration)
- After setting up a quest creator gives a certain amount to a holding wallet & Authorise Disbursement when conditions are satisfied.
User:
- General user, who participate in the quest
Quest Functionality:
- User should log in via phantom or any other solana wallet
- Condition check - Check wallet’s old Tx to filter the users for quest (like min 10tx of 5 different types, use of multiple protocols) & put the users in Whitelist if they met the condition. (optional)
- Creator can come & create quest (survey, ad video watch, login or use their protocol, follow & tweet on twitter), & on completion user will get some rewards in terms of GARI or Creator native token
- Survey - Can be a quizzes based model to see their awareness of things no of question & options are customisable by the survey creator (like google forms), creator receives the data on completion & user gets the reward (Opationals checks can be, for eg in a uniswap survey check if the wallet has ever used the protocol before, than only that user wallet is allowed)
- Ad video watch - Creator gives the video & sets the reward & creator gets the option to add login & follow/ Tweet quest after the Ad and then gives the reward on milestone bases
- Check user's watch time if user has watched the video full, if yes reward him
- Login or use of protocol - Creator will give the API to check if wallet has logged in or done the asked tx & sets the reward (Optional in milestone bases, for 2-3 steps, eg login will get 1$ use this function will get another 1$)
- Twitter Outreach (Through follow & Tweets) - Creator gives their twitter handle & the hashtag to be used & sets the reward. Use twitter API’s to check the conditions
- In Web view user should be able to see all quest using 2 different filters
- Upcoming, Open, Closed
- Category of quest
- Propose your ideas & POC Decentralised Ad Stack other than the mentioned above

💻 Ideal Candidate
- There is no limit to the size of the team, although we would like to see 1 Individual lead the project and build a sustainable growth plan before on-boarding team members.
- Collective experience of the Team should comprise
- Design: Someone with a deep understanding of interactive websites and brand design.
- Frontend: Experience with React.js, Web3.js use of solana react library & Open API of Solana, Twitter, etc for Verifications
- Backend: Experience with Rust/ Solana SC & creating Web API & SDK

🚀 Bounty Screening Questions

Project Description
- The name and summary of the project
- Names/pseudonyms of team members and contact info (e.g., GitHub handle, email address, or other)
- How the project uses GARI wallet service
- Your Open Suggestion & additions to the problem Statement
Put the answers into a Google doc to include in your application. Please make sure your visibility settings are set to “Anyone with the link” or your application will not be reviewed.
Note: you are free to work on this project with a small team if you’d like. Please note the budget will remain the same and the funds will be sent to whichever team member fills the application form.
